Job Title: Logistics Project ManagerThe logistics strategic projects implementation program manager plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the implementation of SAP systems across LATAM. This individual ensures seamless alignment across impacted sites, fostering collaboration among cross-functional workstreams in supply chain and digital technology services (DTS) for warehousing and transportation.Manage priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain business continuity in fast-paced environments.Main responsibilities include overseeing and aligning cross-functional project teams, identifying change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, providing effective stakeholder management, collaborating closely with the logistics PMO, facilitating decision-making, prioritizing trade-offs, monitoring project milestones and updates, and ensuring consistent communication and implementation strategies.This is an experienced project manager position requiring exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, precision, decisiveness, and adaptability. Travel to warehouse sites may be required during the go-live phase.Required Skills and Qualifications:This role demands strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
