Lead Change Implementation SpecialistThe Lead Change Implementation Specialist will execute tactical components of the change management framework under client direction, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives across the organization.Plan and execute change management framework, tracking deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake and resistance.Initiate and maintain user engagement to increase adoption.Develop and publish quick start guides, weekly tips, incentives, and other role-based training to enable and encourage adoption.Provide weekly reports on progress against key performance indicators, with callouts of risks and blockers slowing or limiting progress.Maintain stakeholder engagements and manage expectations.Key requirements:Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) or 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement within Microsoft 365 environments.Hands-on expertise with Viva Engage campaigns, SharePoint communications, and Teams engagement.Familiarity with M365 Copilot features, use cases, and adoption strategies.Strong communication and facilitation skills across US-based technical and business audiences.Experience supporting champion networks and peer-to-peer enablement.Ability to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable insights and reporting.3+ years of experience leading projects with US-based companies.About our organization:We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
