The Senior Change Management Consultant will execute tactical components of the change management framework under client direction, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives across the organization. WHAT YOU GET TO DO - PM and land execution of change management framework, tracking deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake and resistance. - Initiate and maintain user engagement to increase adoption - Develop and publish quick start guides, weekly tips, incentives, and other role-based training to enable and encourage adoption - Provide weekly reports on progress against KPIs, with callouts of risks and blockers slowing or limiting progress - Maintain stakeholder engagements and manage expectations WHAT YOU BRING - Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) or 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement within Microsoft 365 environments. - Hands-on expertise with Viva Engage campaigns, SharePoint communications, and Teams engagement. - Familiarity with M365 Copilot features, use cases, and adoption strategies. - Strong communication and facilitation skills across US-based technical and business audiences. - Experience supporting champion networks and peer-to-peer enablement. - Ability to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable insights and reporting. - 3+ years of experience leading projects with US-based companies MORE ABOUT WIMMER SOLUTIONS Wimmer Solutions is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
