We are seeking talented individuals who can identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for IT development, AI integration, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and cloud transformation projects.This entrepreneurial role involves collaborating with our leadership team to create proposals, quotations, and presentations that showcase our expertise and value proposition.We offer a flexible engagement model that includes:Earning attractive commissions per project or resource placement.Option to convert to a retainer or regional partnership based on performance.Flexible engagement — work remotely or regionally with our global business team.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition and Partnership DevelopmentIdentify and engage with potential clients to understand their tech requirements (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, DevOps, QA, etc.).Collaborate with our pre-sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions and pitches.Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Talent Collaboration and Resource ManagementPartner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source pre-vetted engineers and specialized IT talent for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Align with client tech requirements and ensure seamless coordination until onboarding.Maintain open communication with HR and Delivery teams for status updates.Strategic Network DevelopmentBroaden our regional and industry-specific networks (IT, FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.).Represent us on digital platforms and events to expand our business footprint.Foster co-branding or collaboration opportunities with local IT consultants and talent agencies.
