Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives and independently manage projects from start to finish. This role requires expertise in social media management, SEO, website audits, and client handling. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to direct and manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for improvement in SEO, performance, and usability.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and oversee engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
- SEO & Content Marketing:
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly deliverables.
- Client Handling:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely delivery.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions that align with their objectives.
- Team Management & Delegation:
- Lead and guide the digital marketing team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate skill development.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Regularly report project progress and results to stakeholders and clients.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports.
- Identify trends and insights to refine future strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, social media platforms, website audit tools, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients independently.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
