ü  Ensure target fulfilment of Service contract renewals

ü  Plan and execute aggressive Service Sales drives/camps for up-selling & cross-selling of high-end service plans, retrofit proposals and Value Added Offers

ü  Identify and recommend service acquisitions for Zone / SVC Inorganic growth 

ü  Develop trustful and relevant relationships to dormakaba customers

ü  Provide market and competition feedback to superiors from time to time with recommendations for increasing service

ü  Responsible for collections , ACM Revenue  and AMC contract renewals for direct accounts assigned to him as part of National Key Accounting

 


Requirements

ü  Number of new clients, new projects, service contract renewals, winning competitor’s share

Knowledge and Experience

ü  Functional / technical specialized knowledge required to fulfil the responsibilities.

ü  3-5 years’ experience in facility mgmt. service sales from relevant industry

ü  Advanced commercial & contracts mgmt. Basic knowledge on competition products & solutions.

ü  Advanced knowledge about assigned territory / geography
