Corporate Lawyer Job DescriptionThe role of a corporate lawyer is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of banking law, corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutes.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and vetting of finance documents such as loan agreements, charge creating documents, share pledge agreements, and inter creditor agreements.Examining compliance documents like memorandum of association, articles of association, board resolutions, title search reports, ROC search reports, and CERSAI reports.Monitoring charged securities and ensuring compliance with financial covenants.Liaising with debenture holders, bond holders, lenders, borrowers, lawyers, valuers, and other stakeholders for compliance-related work.Representing the company before government, semi-government, and local authorities.Attending consortium meetings, enforcement proceedings, and monitoring pendency to ensure timely creation of stipulated security and statutory filings.Required Skills and Qualifications:LLB/LLM degree from a reputable university (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate/legal/trusteeship roles.Benefits:This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled corporate lawyer to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Others:We are committed to providing a stimulating work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
