Opportunity – Corporate Lawyer (Debt Financing & Restructuring) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:
  • Debt Financing & Restructuring: Advise on debt financing, corporate lending, restructuring, and private credit transactions.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and restructuring agreements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to provide commercially sound and practical solutions.
  • Deal Execution: Support complex and high-value transactions from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed legal and financial research on corporate debt and restructuring matters and provide actionable guidance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 1–2 years of experience in debt financing, restructuring, or private credit.
  • Experience with Tier-1 law firms is preferred.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Educational background: LLB, with exposure to corporate finance law.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes transactions efficiently.
