Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer to join our litigation and corporate practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong research and drafting abilities, courtroom confidence, and a commitment to professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals.
  • Handle arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Draft and review legal documents, petitions, written submissions, and commercial agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic advisory support.
  • Collaborate with senior counsels in case preparation and briefing.

Candidate Profile

  • LLB from a recognized university.
  • 7-10 years of experience in litigation and/or corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, statutes, and precedents.
  • Proven skills in research, drafting, and oral advocacy.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with professionalism and discipline.
  • Team-oriented, ethical, and committed to continuous learning.
