Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Delivery Lead with a strong background in SAP EnableNow and SAP Ariba. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of content developers, trainers, and coordinators to design, develop, and execute training programs for approximately 2,000 participants globally. The role involves planning, overseeing, and ensuring the successful delivery of training initiatives across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Planning:
Develop a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Plan the execution of training programs across multiple global regions, considering time zones, languages, and local nuances.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and customize training solutions accordingly.
Monitor training delivery and performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content developers, trainers, and training coordinators.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality, engaging, and impactful training content using SAP EnableNow.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
Content Development:
Oversee the development and customization of training content, ensuring it is aligned with SAP Ariba processes and solutions.
Leverage SAP EnableNow to create interactive, engaging learning modules, simulations, and performance support materials.
Ensure content is updated and maintained to reflect system enhancements and process changes.
Global Training Execution:
Plan and manage the execution of training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with local teams.
Ensure smooth delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions across multiple time zones.
Troubleshoot and address any issues or challenges that arise during training delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management, project stakeholders, and regional teams regarding training delivery.
Regularly communicate training progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective collaboration.
Quality Assurance & Reporting:
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for training content and delivery.
Track and analyze training metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training programs.
Provide detailed reports on training outcomes, participant feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Experience in SAP EnableNow: Proven experience in developing and delivering training using SAP EnableNow, including hands-on content creation.
SAP Ariba Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP Ariba modules, processes, and functionality. Experience in delivering Ariba-related training is a strong plus.
Training Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing global training teams, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Global Training Coordination: Ability to manage and deliver training programs across multiple regions and time zones, considering cultural and language differences.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of training programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in SAP EnableNow or SAP Ariba are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on technology training.
Ability to innovate and leverage new training technologies to enhance participant engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
