Job Role: Help Desk SpecialistJob Overview: As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide top-notch assistance to users via various communication channels.The role involves monitoring and diagnosing incidents, resolving requests or inquiries, escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels, and maintaining accurate records of troubleshooting steps and known errors.Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our knowledge base and standard operating procedures, identify recurring issues and propose preventive measures, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and IT service optimization projects.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systemSupervise monitoring tools, diagnose and resolve incidents, requests, or inquiriesEscalate unresolved incidents to higher support levelsMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errorsContribute to the knowledge base and standard operating proceduresIdentify recurring issues and propose preventive solutionsEnsure SLA compliance and high-quality service deliveryParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and IT service optimization projectsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksTeamwork and collaboration with other support levelsHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyWillingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and service managementVocational training or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
