Platform Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Platform Support Specialist to oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of various IT service management (ITSM) modules. This involves implementing automation workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and integrations with other enterprise tools to streamline IT processes.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ITSM roles, with at least 2 years hands-on experience in administering and configuring Freshservice platforms. They should possess a solid understanding of the ITIL framework and service management principles, as well as expertise in automation, scripting, and API integrations within Freshservice.To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
