Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at 1010 Creative. The purpose of this role is to drive efficient traffic and conversions thereafter by executing spend and campaigns across key digital channels including Amazon, Meta, Google and affiliate channels
  • Produce daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-collaboration with the brand team to ensure engaging and relevant ad copy and to boost campaign conversion.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to company goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.

KPIs for the role:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue driven from paid media campaigns.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) metrics.
  • Growth in customer retention rates and repeat purchases.
  • Successful implementation of new paid media channels and diversification of spend.
  • Quality and effectiveness of creative assets used in campaigns.

 

Preferred Background/Experience

  • PPC Experience: Either client side or agency side.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting. Analytical mindset and hands-on with GA4, Shopify metrics and 
  • Creative and experimentation mindset. 
  • Good project management skills with strong skills in Excel Reporting. 
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of people and enable cross-functional communication



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of performance or digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related fields are preferred.
