Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, fostering a productive and positive working environment.Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members, product owners, and stakeholders. Ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of project goals, priorities, and expectations.Collaborate with the product owner and development team to plan and prioritize the backlog for each sprint. Facilitate discussions to define sprint goals and identify user stories and tasks to be included in the sprint.Monitor the progress of each sprint and ensure that the team stays on track to meet sprint goals. Encourage the team to maintain a sustainable pace and make adjustments as needed to optimize productivity.
