We are seeking a proactive and experienced End-to-End Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with full-time (FTE) hiring and bring a proven track record in CH2 and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments. The candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding top-tier talent, primarily within IT, Engineering, and various industry sectors, while managing the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for full-time roles across various sectors, focusing on IT, Engineering, and Non-IT positions.
  • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Use multiple sourcing channels and methodologies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage top candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and advise on hiring strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Offer Management: Oversee the offer process, including salary negotiation, offer letter preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and meet KPIs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on recruitment best practices, employment trends, and competitive hiring tactics to enhance talent acquisition strategies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 0.6-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with specific expertise in Full-Time Employment (FTE) hiring, CH2, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
  • Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment in IT, Engineering, and Non-IT sectors, including the ability to assess technical and functional skills.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in leveraging multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Technical Acumen: Knowledge of technical roles and requirements is preferred, enabling a deeper understanding of the positions you will recruit for.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities effectively to potential candidates and interact with internal stakeholders.
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
