This is a full-time, mid-level position for professionals with 2 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of transforming the test-prep sector.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales roles, ideally within the education sector.Proficient in sales and lead generation (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Expertise in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) to maintain and grow client relationships effectively.Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements and partnerships with various stakeholders.Excellent communication skills for conveying messages clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.Ability to conduct thorough market research to recognize and capitalize on emerging opportunities.Proficiency in relationship building with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and growth.Strategic planning skills to formulate plans and initiatives that drive growth and expand the company's market presence.Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand student outreach and increase enrollment.Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform and shape the company's business strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.Prepare regular reports and presentations to provide insights into business development activities and progress.Participate in events, workshops, and seminars to enhance the company's presence and brand recognition.Utilize feedback from clients and market analysis to suggest and implement service improvements and innovations.
