Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead marketing operations focused on student admissions. The ideal candidate will manage lead generation, branding, digital presence, and team leadership across all key channels. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute marketing strategies for lead generation and student admissions. • Oversee digital marketing activities: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content creation. • Lead and manage a team handling SEO, social media, creatives, and performance marketing. • Develop and optimize lead funnels through CRM, marketing automation, and paid campaigns. • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, ensuring ROI and growth targets are met. • Coordinate closely with sales and counselling teams to align marketing and admissions goals. • Manage branding, content strategy, and PR initiatives to enhance visibility in the education sector. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies. Skills & Qualifications: • 8–12 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in lead generation for student admissions in EdTech or education consulting. • Strong expertise in SEO, paid ads, social media management, and creative content strategies. • Experience managing multi-functional marketing teams. • Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
