Your roleLead and coordinate the resolution of high-priority incidents (P1/P2) across multiple teams.Ensure incidents are logged, categorized, prioritized, and resolved within defined SLAs.Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews (PIRs) to prevent recurrence.Maintain and improve the incident management process, policies, and documentation.Communicate incident status and resolution updates to stakeholders and leadership.Collaborate with Problem Management and Change Management teams for continuous improvement.Monitor incident trends and generate reports for operational insights and executive review. Your profile4–9 years of experience in IT service management or incident response roles.Strong understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred).Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, or similar platforms.
