Position: SR. MANAGER OPETATIONS
Location: Goregaon (Mumbai)
Workplace type - On Site
Employment Type- Full Time
Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Manage & assist team members for the following activities:
Human Resource Planning & Budgeting – Identify the current and future Human Resources requirements of the Client and based on that prepare a complete planning and Budgeting.
Talent Acquisition –
Acquire the right talents within the time frame and approved budget.
Induction – Ensuring successful onboarding of new joinees.
Employee Record Keeping & Documentation –
Manage all the registers and records of employees. Maintain all database on HireCraft.
Compensation & Benefits –
Monitor all pay practices for effectiveness and cost containment. Formulate & suggest to the management about competitive compensation and benefits programs for the employees.
Talent Management –
Talent Management consists of Talent Acquisition and Talent Retention. To achieve it, concentrate on effective hiring and retaining the top performer.
Attendance and Leave Management –
Tracking and monitoring Attendance and Leave Policy. Collation of all employees attendance, leave data and submitting consolidated attendance data to the payroll department for further process. Post receiving salary sheet from payroll department, after verifying it forward to the client for further action.
Invoice Management –
Ensure all the invoices are forwarded to the clients in time and conduct payment follow up and collect the payment on time.
Employee Relations –
Maintain employee relation and settle their grievances on top priority.
Facilitate continues improvement in the systems, processes and practices
Conduct assessment of current state of system, procedures, practices.
Examine the more advance system practices in any other organizations or competitor.
List out the system, which you feel right for improvement.
Recommend to the Management for their consideration.
Timely and accurate management of Business Information (MIS)
Submit weekly MIS on Every Friday specifying therein the data / information –
Current Headcount
Manpower requirement clientwise vs actual manpower deployed
Revenue generation – existing, incremental
Joining & Exits
Issues encountered during the whole process
Report on the New Business Acquisition
Develop competencies for the self and team members
Assess yourself and your team members current & desired competencies level.
Based on assessment, suggest to HOD for yourself and team members competency development plan.
Conduct development plan for self and team members as approved by the management.
2) Business Development & Client Servicing
Facilitated the growth of business by identifying potential new clients & thereby develop pipelines of new business opportunity.
Maintain relationship with the existing clients to generate incremental business.
Understand and implement strategy to make sure that clients requirements are getting fulfilled within TAT with minimum complaints/escalations
Visit clients to develop a good understanding of clients company, their work culture and environment. Client visit.
As the face of company, build the brand image of the company.
Constantly keep upgrading your business development technique, tools and help in enhancing the company’s knowledge & revenue base.
Design the best negotiation strategy by considering the risk and reward and keeping in mind counter parties preferences and goals.
3) Associates Management:
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of Associate’s salary
Identify and timely settlement of grievances of associates
Ensure Associates retention and motivation aspect
4) Revenue Generation
Generate the required revenue as targeted
Generate the target of revenue within the permissible cost
Liaising with Government Bodies and Compliance Management
Build strong liaising with the government authorities
Obtain required licenses as per clients requirements
Ensure accurate & timely compliances for all the applicable acts / laws for all the clients.
