Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled professional to drive high-touch employee experiences and operational excellence in our organization. This role is ideal for someone with end-to-end HR generalist experience, who can manage HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Develop and execute onboarding and offboarding strategies to ensure seamless transitions.Organize engagement and culture programs to boost belonging and retention.Foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.ResponsibilitiesEmployee Experience:Answer all employee queries and needs – onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.HR Operational Excellence:Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in all HR tools.Execute internal policy around company assets and data management to ensure secure access and accountability.Support Strategic People Projects:Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Requirements4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Hands-on with Global HRMS and Payroll Platforms, Rewards/Recognition tools, or similar tools.Why Work With Us?Fully Remote Work Environment – work from anywhere.Big Impact – a lean team where your work visibly shapes our future.Lots of Learning Opportunities – we're scaling fast, and you'll grow with us.
