About Us: The Whitepole is a growing direct-to-consumer footwear brand dedicated to delivering stylish, comfortable shoes to our customers. We're seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our brand forward.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced manager with excellent communication skills, content writing abilities, and team management expertise. The ideal candidate will oversee our brand strategy, internal and external communications, create engaging content, and lead a team of professionals in our fast-paced D2C environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement brand and communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders
* Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (website, social media, email campaigns)
* Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance
* Collaborate with other departments to align brand initiatives with overall company goals
* Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
* Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or fashion industry
* Proven track record of creating effective written and visual content
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong team management and leadership abilities
* Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Work Schedule:
* This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 6 days of work per week
* Candidate must be available to work on-site at our office location
