At La Petite Alice, we create timeless, sustainable linen clothing for little ones and their families. Each piece is sewn with care, carrying the story of slow fashion and childhood memories. Now, we're looking for a Social Media Manager to share those stories with the world.

This is a creative yet strategic role for someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You'll lead our social media presence—planning campaigns, shaping our visual narrative, and inspiring a community of mothers and families across the globe.

What You'll Do:

  •  Develop monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Email newsletters.
  •  Oversee the production of Reels, Shorts, lifestyle campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  •  Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all platforms.
  •  Collaborate with the content, community, and ads teams to create campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert.
  •  Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and refine strategies for growth.

What We're Looking For:

  •  5-7 years of experience in social media management (fashion/lifestyle brands is must).
  •  Strong eye for visuals and trends in short-form content.
  •  Experience leading campaigns that drive both engagement and sales.
  •  Organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  •  Experience working with luxury or premium lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
