Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Microsoft-related solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and other Microsoft products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet sales objectives. Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in identifying customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and closing deals.
- Microsoft Partnership: Strengthen our partnership with Microsoft and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft's products, licensing models, and sales programs. Leverage the partnership to access resources, training, and marketing support.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business requirements, and offering tailor-made Microsoft solutions.

- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Microsoft products and services. Utilize this knowledge to refine our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and manage financial performance related to the Microsoft business segment. Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the Microsoft team, ensuring high performance, skill development, and a collaborative work environment. Foster a culture of excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Microsoft's guidelines, licensing requirements, and best practices in all business operations. Maintain a high standard of quality in our solutions and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business management, sales, and marketing within the IT hardware and networking industry, with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing models, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Microsoft certifications and prior experience as a Microsoft partner are advantageous
