Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Power Bridge Systems Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales revenue and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing solutions to achieve mutual success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and client feedback.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or relevant role (2-4 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
