Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Power Bridge Systems Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales revenue and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing solutions to achieve mutual success.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and client feedback.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or relevant role (2-4 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
