As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing service tickets through Zendesk.Your Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through Zendesk and respond in a timely manner.Review engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications to process customer orders and submittals.Enter order details into the system with high accuracy.Prepare reports, documentation, and customer updates.Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Retrieve technical information as needed to support customer requests.Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:3-5 years of customer service or technical support experience.Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms.Ability to read basic technical diagrams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Qualifications:You must have:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.2-3 years of hands-on experience in product design, including 2D drafting and assembly using standard tools.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, layouts, and manufacturing processes.Experience working with customer specifications and technical documents.
