We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our finance team and take end-to-end ownership of all finance, legal, commercial, and compliance responsibilities.The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and law, with experience in managing complex financial operations, including statutory audits, internal audits, external client or regulatory audits, payroll, AP and AR, tax, GST and IT filings, tax structuring, transfer pricing, and tax assessments, disputes, and litigation.You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, forecasting cash flow, and providing strategic guidance to the leadership team.Required Skills and Qualifications15+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in a lead role, with end-to-end responsibility for finance.Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance (tier 1 institutes only) qualification.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are a must-have.
