Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gujarat, India, for a Loan Against Property Professional. The responsibilities include assessing prospective clients, analyzing property documents, and ensuring adherence to the company's credit policies. The individual will be responsible for preparing loan proposals, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with various teams for loan approvals, and providing end-to-end support in the loan processing cycle. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and acquiring new customers is also a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Loan Against Property products, structured lending, and credit assessment.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, business development, and client acquisition processes.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills related to financial and property evaluations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and collaborate within a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and banking standards in the financial and real estate sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the NBFC or banking industry is highly desirable.
