Finance Leader (In-Person | Pune – Baner | Full-Time)We are seeking a strategic Finance Leader to partner directly with the founder and leadership team. This is not a day-to-day accounting role — we already have an operations team for routine finance tasks. We need someone who thinks strategically, understands numbers deeply, and helps drive budgeting, forecasting, spending decisions, and business planning .Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all business units.Provide data-driven insights , business analysis, and decision support to leadership.Create and track financial models, unit economics, and ROI analyses .Monitor spending, evaluate cost structures, and recommend improvements.Develop dashboards and performance tracking metrics.Advise on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and financial risks.Requirements 5–10+ years experience in FP&A, financial planning, business finance, or similar roles.Strong analytical ability with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modelling, and budgeting .Experience working directly with founders/leadership (preferred).Ability to simplify data and present clear recommendations.In-person availability at our Baner, Pune office (normal Indian working hours).Who This Role Is For A smart, analytical finance professional who enjoys strategy over operations — someone who wants to influence decisions, shape business direction, and partner closely with leadership.
