Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (SMB)Company: Kaizenat Technology (ANSYS Ecosystem Partner)Location: Any (Preferably Mumbai/MMR/Western India)Experience: 2 to 8 years | Function: Sales (B2B, SMB/MSME) | Employment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to own SMB/MSME accounts and drive sales of engineering software (CAE & Multiphysics simulation) including Ansys Mechanical, Fluent, HFSS, Discovery, OptiSlang. Youll focus on new logo acquisition, account expansion, and predictable revenue while working closely with Application Engineers.What Youll Do:Territory & Pipeline: Build and execute a territory plan; generate leads through events, outbound, and partners; maintain 3–4 pipeline coverage.Sales Cycle: Handle full cycle—discovery, technical evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and closure for new licenses, renewals, and expansions.Value Selling: Map customer needs to simulation outcomes (cost reduction, faster time-to-market, fewer prototypes).Account Growth: Land-and-expand within accounts; cross-sell software, training, and services.CRM & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM updates and forecasts.Market Insights: Track competitors and share insights with marketing/product teams.Collaboration: Work with Ansys channel, marketing, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.What You'll Bring:3–5 years of B2B engineering software sales (CAE/CAD/PLM/simulation) with proven quota achievement.Understanding of at least one simulation domain (FEA/CFD/EMI-EMC/Optics).Strong sales skills: discovery, qualification, objection handling, proposal, and negotiation.CRM discipline (Salesforce/Zoho or similar) and forecasting accuracy.Willingness to travel within Mumbai/MMR and nearby industrial clusters.Engineering or Business degree preferred.Nice to Have: Experience in automotive, electronics, machinery, aerospace/defence suppliers, or Ansys channel ecosystem.Why Kaizenat:Work with cutting-edge ANSYS solutions and strong presales support.Competitive pay + incentives for new logos and expansions .Medical insurance from Day 1 (parents included), travel support, learning & certifications.Flexible work environment and timely variable pay.
