JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sr. Officer HR is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in HR activities and providing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The HR Officer is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in HR activities and also providing administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Provide support in Recruitment. Helped management source resumes. And co-ordination of interviews.
- Conduct the initial round of telephonic interviews.
- Receives and tracks employment applications.
- Assist employees in visa and work permit applications. Coordinate in providing invitation letters.
- Manage the booking of apartments for employees who travel on-site
- Track and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
- Support HR Manager in hire-to-retire processes
- Overlook the contact employee recruitment process
- HR database management
- HR link management
- Support in employee engagement activities
- Complying with company policies and following company values and business code of practice
- Order and manage the food coupon distribution every month.
Education: MSW or MBA in HR from a prestigious university/college.
Experience: 5 to 7 years experience as an HR Generalist in any of Engineering Manufacturing CEO's
Knowledge Requirement:
- Experience of the HR process- Hire to retire
- Hands-on experience with Recruitment and sourcing of profiles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of HRIS
Personality Requirement:
- Enthusiastic, positive minded and able to work well in an MNC environment
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Attention to details and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team player - open-minded and flexible
- Good command of written and spoken English
