Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our HR Department. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support HR events, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help with smooth onboarding administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail.
