About the Position:
Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented HR professional with strong experience in recruitment and knowledge of HR processes to assist in leading the HR domain.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
· High ownership levels
· Comfortable handling employee issues
· Talent in recruiting candidates
· Strong communication
Roles/Responsibilities:
Ø General HR
· Support HR head by being point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business
· Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR function
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Preparation of Offer, Appointment, Confirmation and Appraisal/Increment letters
· Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Ø Recruitment
· Posting jobs, conducting initial screening and sharing the relevant resumes to Senior HR.
· Coordinate with department managers to schedule interviews
Ø Admin
· Co-ordinate on the office operations by supervising the office assistant/housekeeping team
· Co-ordinate for office repairs and maintenance
Salary:
Upto 3 to 3.5 LPA depending on experience
