Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist: Establish and Evolve Recruitment ProcessesWe are seeking a skilled Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts, setting up and running full-cycle recruiting processes across engineering, research, product, and GTM teams.This role is responsible for defining role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans in collaboration with founders and hiring managers. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to screening, scheduling, and onboarding.Develop and implement recruitment strategies, focusing on building and maintaining talent pipelines across various disciplines.Manage and maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and improve efficiency.Implement and track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates, to inform data-driven decision making.Design and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our online presence and attract top talent.The ideal candidate has 7-12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies, with a strong track record of hiring for senior engineering and GTM roles.Requirements:Proven experience in operating as a primary recruiter/TA lead for a business unit or startup.Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex recruitment challenges.Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ideal Candidate:Highly motivated and experienced professionals from high-growth tech or SaaS companies, media/production houses, or creative agencies with a strong background in in-house TA functions or similar industry expertise.
