Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our global team in the development of analytics infrastructure and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in JAVA, with proficiency in JavaScript and Python.

Additionally, expertise in analytics, and big data is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team in agile development methodologies, specifically SCRUM, to deliver high-quality software products.         
  • Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Utilize your expertise in analytics, and big data to design and implement scalable and efficient infrastructure for monitoring telecommunications networks.                      
  • Leverage your knowledge of SQL, databases, and system design to architect robust and reliable solutions.    
  • Drive the recruitment and onboarding process to establish a top-tier engineering team from scratch.                         
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, CI/CD, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.                 
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, quality standards, and security protocols.          
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in computer science engineering or related field like IT, ECE.
  • Software development, JAVA, proficiency in JAVA SCRIPT & PYTHON.
  • Expertise in analytics, and big data.
  • Able to lead global team in the development of analytics/telecom infrastructure and web applications.
  • Flink, Spark, Kubernetes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Experience Required

  • 2 yrs Management Experience + min. 8 yrs hands on experience.
