We are looking for an ideal candidate who is motivated, organized, and creative to drive sales in our corporate t-shirts, promotional t-shirts and school uniform segment. We will require you to develop new business through marketing strategies and sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Salary : 8-10 lakhs per annum + performance-based bonuses

Role & responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and drive sales in our corporate t-shirts and promotional t-shirts segment.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and drive sales in our school uniform t-shirts segment.
  • Develop marketing strategies by researching high potential prospects.
  • Maintain & enhance customer relationship through enquiry follow-up, branding service and supply chain support & management
  • Identify opportunities at events (HR meetups), trade shows, corporate events, etc.
  • Identify market trends and business opportunities for expansion of business.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master's degree with relevant experience in corporate apparel sales.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales and order sourcing.
  • Knowledge and experience of textile construction and development (fiber, processing, dyeing, finishing and testing) (Preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in apparel production and supply chain management from product development to wholesale (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and networking skills
  • Strong ownership and willingness to move things forward
  • Willingness to travel. (Mandatory)
