Be part of our mission to make sport accessible, social, and integral to everyday life.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Leasing & Site Acquisition Executive to support our expansion efforts. This role will involve identifying potential locations, coordinating with property owners, assisting in lease negotiations, and helping build a strong pipeline of real estate opportunities for sports facility development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & OutreachResearch and identify schools, commercial properties, and landowners with space available for leasing.Initiate outreach and build relationships with key decision-makers (principals, facility managers, brokers, RE agents).Site Visits & AssessmentsConduct preliminary site visits to evaluate location potential, accessibility, and viability for sports use.Assist in documenting key details (size, availability, usage restrictions, etc.).Support in NegotiationsWork alongside senior leasing leads to prepare proposals and support lease/license agreement discussions.Assist in follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with legal teams.Market Mapping & ReportingMaintain and update a database of potential and active leads across cities.Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on new property opportunities and local market trends.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in real estate, institutional partnerships, business development, or property leasing.Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to talk to principals, brokers, and business owners with ease.Detail-oriented with solid follow-through and organizational skills.Passion for sports, community development, or real estate is preferred.Willingness to travel locally and manage field visits.What You'll GainOpportunity to work at the intersection of sports, real estate, and community building.Fast-growth environment with high ownership and visibility.Mentorship and learning from industry veterans in real estate, sports tech, and operations.Benefits:Start-up environment with plenty of learning and growth opportunitiesEmployee first culture
