Job TitleRegional Head Franchise Operations Franchise Lead Management:Build relationships with prospective franchise investors through effective communication.Present the franchise model in a clear and concise manner via video presentations and phone consultations.Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a seamless onboarding process using CRM tools and personalized engagement.Sales Closing:Convert qualified leads into confirmed franchise sign-ups by presenting a clear ROI, payback period, and vendor commission structure.Ensure transparency and compliance while achieving monthly closure targets.Relationship Management:Be the primary point of contact for every franchisee throughout their journey.Address concerns and provide reassurance regarding refund policies.Conduct follow-up calls to maintain franchise satisfaction and encourage referrals.Reporting & Coordination:Update all activities in the CRM daily to ensure accurate reporting.Share weekly reports with the regional head and participate in review meetings.Collaborate with marketing to assess lead quality and campaign performance.Communication & Presentation:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.Confidently conduct Zoom/Google Meet presentations and handle objections professionally.Technical Know-How:Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot) and WhatsApp Business is essential.Knowledge of the NextClick vendor onboarding flow is preferred but not mandatory.Behavioral Competencies:High emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy are crucial for client communication.Professional grooming and polite demeanor are expected.Target-driven yet relationship-focused mindset is necessary.Punctuality, discipline, and proactivity in follow-ups are required.Sales Closer → Senior Franchise Consultant → Franchise Development Manager → Regional Head – Franchise Operations
