Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Executive to drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts for our IT services in the US market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for IT services in the US market through outbound sales efforts (email, cold calling, outreach).
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns, cold calling scripts, and outreach sequences.
  • Manage leads and track sales progress using PipeDrive or similar CRM tools.
  • Engage and nurture prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Track and report on lead generation and sales performance, optimizing strategies for better results.
  • Identify, bid on, and manage IT service opportunities through platforms like Clutch and Upwork, ensuring successful conversions and strong client relationships.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and manage communication with potential clients on Clutch and Upwork, increasing visibility and success in securing projects.


Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of B2B lead generation and outbound sales experience in the US IT services market.
  • Proficient in Apollo, Sales Navigator, email marketing, and cold calling.
  • Experience with Clutch and Upwork bidding processes, including proposal writing and client negotiations.
  • Experience with PipeDrive or similar CRMs for managing leads and sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and convert decision-makers.
