You will be responsible for assisting talents in completing their profiles, guiding clients on how to post talent calls and event requirements, and resolving user queries efficiently and professionally.User Onboarding: Assist new talents in understanding the platform, creating optimized profiles, and getting verified; follow up with users who haven't completed onboarding; provide tutorials, instructions, and simple walkthroughs.Admin & Operational Support: Handle verification of users, portfolios, and listings; manage backend admin dashboard tasks such as reviewing uploads, approving/rejecting profiles, updating listings when needed, reporting bugs, suspicious activity, or inappropriate content.Requirements: Strong communication skills, comfortable handling WhatsApp-based support, ability to guide users with patience and clarity, organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple chats at once, comfortable with remote work and using admin dashboards.
