As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital part in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience with our platform.This role involves providing top-notch support to our users via WhatsApp, email, and in-app chat. You will be responsible for assisting talents in completing their profiles, guiding clients on how to post talent calls and event requirements, and resolving user queries efficiently and professionally.User Onboarding: Assist new talents in understanding the platform, creating optimized profiles, and getting verified; follow up with users who haven't completed onboarding; provide tutorials, instructions, and simple walkthroughs.Admin & Operational Support: Handle verification of users, portfolios, and listings; manage backend admin dashboard tasks such as reviewing uploads, approving/rejecting profiles, updating listings when needed, reporting bugs, suspicious activity, or inappropriate content.Requirements: Strong communication skills, comfortable handling WhatsApp-based support, ability to guide users with patience and clarity, organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple chats at once, comfortable with remote work and using admin dashboards.
