**About the Role**Schedule high-quality leads for sales, identify customer needs, provide solutions and/or alternatives, and seize opportunities to upsell services.Manage outbound calls, document call information in the CRM, meet personal/team targets, possess strong knowledge of Livspace services, and apply a superlative customer experience attitude on all interactions.Schedule Experience Centre visits with our design team, follow up with internal stakeholders, make reminder calls to customers, and keep records of customer interactions.The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree, 0-1 year of relevant experience in Telesales or Inside Sales, and proficiency in spoken English with proper grammar and fluency.
