As Country Head, you’ll be responsible for: Leading sales, outreach, and business development for your assigned region Building relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, startups, and enterprises Representing Skills Capital in high-level conversations with clients and partners Collaborating with founders and leadership to shape region-specific GTM Running deals end-to-end — from lead gen to closure to client onboarding Driving real growth outcomes — not just executing on tasks ✅ Who Should Apply Interns or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in BD, sales, pre-sales, or consulting Strong spoken and written English; confident in conversations with global clients Based in India, comfortable working across time zones Passionate about startups, business building, and working in high-trust environments Self-starter, highly accountable, and excited to build from scratch Bonus: experience in tech staffing, Saa S, recruitment, or IT services Why This Role Is Unique We've already gone from 0 → 1 and 1 → 20 — and now we're ready for 20 → 100 You’ll own real growth in a business that’s already working and scaling Work directly with a world-class founding team (ex-IBM, Accenture, Pw C, Deloitte, Trilogy, Wharton, London Business School, IIT Delhi, IIIT Hyderabad, BITS Pilani) No VC pressure, no corporate layers — just ownership, speed, and upside Help build a category-defining company and share in the value created ????
