About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Governance Lead to design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The role involves ensuring secure access to IT resources, working closely with various teams, and aligning IAM strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities :

  • IAM Architecture : Design scalable, secure IAM solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance : Develop policies and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, DPDPA).
  • Access Reviews : Establish and manage regular user access reviews.
  • Privileged Access Management : Implement and manage PAM solutions for critical systems and sensitive data.
  • Implementation : Oversee the integration of IAM solutions like SSO, MFA, and identity provisioning.
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with IT, security, and business units to provide secure and user-friendly solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on trends and best practices, recommending improvements.


Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT (Advanced degree or certifications like CISSP/CISM preferred).
  • Experience : 7+ years in IS, 3+ years in IAM leadership.
  • Technical Skills : Expertise with IAM tools (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity), authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth), and cloud-based IAM.
  • Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
