The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance practices and tools, with a focus on driving data quality, metadata management, and implementing data governance frameworks. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of data governance strategies and frameworks. - Drive data quality management initiatives, including defining data quality standards and processes. - Manage metadata through activities such as data lineage documentation and business glossary development. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement change management processes related to data governance. - Utilize tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, and MS Purview to support data governance activities. - Provide guidance and expertise in data governance best practices to internal teams. Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a data governance role, with a total experience of 3 to 12 years. - Proficiency in data governance concepts and frameworks. - Strong understanding of data quality management principles. - Experience with metadata management tools and practices. - Familiarity with change management processes in the context of data governance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
