About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a seamless service management experience across multiple platforms.They will configure, customize, and maintain key modules to ensure efficient operations.Implement automation workflows, SLAs, and integrations with other enterprise tools to enhance productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization & Governance: Develop and refine ITSM processes aligned with industry best practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Reporting & Insights: Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and service performance metrics.Innovation & Integration: Explore and implement new features and third-party integrations to drive business growth.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:3–5 years of experience in ITSM roles, with at least 2 years hands-on experience in administration and configuration.A strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.Experience with automation, scripting, and API integrations.
