We value ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement—and expect every team member to help raise the bar.The RoleWe're seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Payroll Coordinator to run the day-to-day payroll preparation cycle for our field workforce. You'll collect and validate hours, reconcile exceptions, prepare clean payroll inputs, and maintain audit-ready records—working closely with Dispatch, Compliance, Billing, and US Operations to ensure on-time, error-free results.Key Responsibilities· Use approved hours to apply the right pay type (regular, overtime, allowances).· Check that each person and project is listed correctly.· Prepare clear payroll summaries for each pay period.· Work with internal teams to get any missing information (without editing hours).· Keep files organized and easy to find; follow our naming and folder rules.· Share short status updates so everyone knows what's done and what's pending.· Keep all payroll information confidential.What We're Looking ForVery fluent English (spoken & written) for calls and email with US stakeholders and drivers.3–6+ years of payroll or timekeeping experience for US or global clients (logistics/trucking/construction/BPO preferred).MBA (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred) OR relevant diploma with strong operational skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; comfortable with data entry and reporting. A team player with a process-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
