Business Growth SpecialistEstablish a strong foundation for business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as collaborating with the pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.Client Acquisition:Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for IT development, AI integration, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and cloud transformation projects.Manage relationships, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into long-term clients.Talent Collaboration:Partner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source pre-vetted engineers and specialized IT talent for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Align with clients' tech requirements (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, DevOps, QA, etc.) and ensure smooth coordination until onboarding.Strategic Partnership Development:Build regional and industry-specific networks (IT, FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.).Represent us on digital platforms, events to expand our business footprint.Requirements:Strong background in IT Sales / Business Development / Recruitment / Vendor Partnership.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Understanding of software project life cycles and technical terms.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with target-oriented execution.What You'll Get:Competitive commission on every project closure or resource placement.Opportunity to represent us in your region or network.Long-term partnership track based on performance and consistency.Direct collaboration with our CTO & Business Head on strategy and client onboarding.
