Strategic Growth OfficerWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive strategic growth initiatives, enhance operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensure comprehensive OKR implementation, and support the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with Co-Founders and leadership team on company objectives, translating them into actionable workstreams by prioritizing projects, defining project scope, and allocating resources effectively.Develop and communicate strategic road maps, corporate strategies, and business strategies that align with company goals, foster innovation, and drive results.Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, design improvements, and ensure their effective implementation through collaboration with cross-functional teams.Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, setting timelines, milestones, and clear deliverables while managing orphan-functions in the organization.Facilitate meetings with top management, understand project planning, retrospective, and backlog creation upon different teams' priorities, company strategy, and vision.Consolidate data from various sources to create dashboards and executive summaries that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.Highlight trends, surface potential issues, and propose solutions for improvement by leveraging data analysis, stakeholder input, and creative thinking.Tackle urgent or high-priority projects at short notice using a combination of data analysis, stakeholder input, and innovative problem-solving skills.
