Job Description Role Name: Senior HR Business Partner At Kapture CX, we are looking for an HR Business Partner in our Human Resources team. Who are we Kapture CX is a leading SaaS platform that helps enterprises automate and elevate customer experience through intelligent, AI-powered solutions. We partner with enterprises across industries to bring scalable automation and insight-driven efficiencies to their CX operations. Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore and we have offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR in India, in addition to offices in the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia. What is this role all about In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, enabling high performance, driving people effectiveness, and building a strong, scalable culture. You will partner closely with leadership to solve complex people challenges, shape talent strategy, and support the growth of our rapidly scaling organization. Sounds interesting Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role: - You will partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and build people strategies that support growth and performance. - You will solve complex people issues using data, insights, and sound judgment, helping leaders make better decisions. - You will drive core HR programs for your Business Units (talent reviews, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, etc) ensuring seamless execution. - You will design and lead interventions to strengthen culture, employee experience, upskilling and cross-functional collaboration. This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. What does success look like in this role Success in this role means you become a strategic thought partner to leadership, build high trust with teams, drive measurable improvements in engagement and performance, and strengthen the people foundation needed for rapid growth. What would make you a good fit for this role Here Are The Basic Requirements - You have 4-6 years of experience in HRBP roles supporting fast-paced teams. - You have experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing decisions in a high-growth environment. - You have a strong understanding of HR fundamentals and organizational design. - You are comfortable handling ambiguity and navigating a rapidly evolving business. What are the most critical skills for this role - You are an exceptional communicator who can influence without authority. - You use data and structured thinking to diagnose issues and propose solutions. - You have strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills. - You have high energy and ownership, and thrive in fast-changing, high-growth environments. You Will Have An Advantage If You - Have experience in SaaS, tech, or other high-growth product organizations. - Have exposure to org design, change management, or leadership development. - Bring strong analytical capabilities, including comfort with HR metrics and dashboards.
