About the RoleAs an early team member, you'll have a significant impact on shaping the service experience as we grow from early-stage to global scale.Define Service Experience: You will play a key role in helping us define the support experience.Launch Career: Take on real responsibility in a mission-driven initiative and contribute to its success.Mentor Team: Lead and mentor support staff and freelancers as the team expands.Improve Operations: Maintain quality standards across all interactions.Solve Complex Issues: Serve as point of escalation for complex or high-priority issues.Own Documentation: Improve internal documentation, FAQs, and onboarding resources.Track Performance: Track and report KPIs (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores) to leadership.Your Qualifications4+ years in customer support or member services with 1–2 years in a leadership role.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.Experience with tools like HubSpot Service, Intercom, Zendesk or similar platforms.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.Technical community support experience is a plus.We're Looking For:A highly skilled support professional who can lead and mentor our growing team.
