Service Delivery ManagerThis is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership and management skills.We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality service assurance, liaising with internal technical staff on behalf of clients, and providing generalist Cyber consultancy.The ideal candidate will be ‘application aware’ and assist with uncovering growth opportunities with clients through new or product upgrades.This role is focused on delivering SOC service for our customers. Experience with SOC, SIEM, and understanding of Cyber security are essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Operational Reporting: Prepare and present client operational reporting at monthly meetings.SLAs and Reporting: Drive enhancements to client SLAs and reporting.L1 and L2 Analysts: Ensure L1 and L2 analysts meet SLA and follow procedures.Report Writing Skills: Develop great report writing skills.New Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients effectively.Continual Service Improvement: Continuously improve operations and client engagement.CSIPs: Develop Continual Service Improvement Plans (CSIP) for client patch.Client Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, including orchestration of strategic business planning, roadmaps, and workshops.Risk and Issue Management: Manage risk and issues effectively.Problem Management: Lead problem management.Scope Management: Manage scope effectively.Change Management: Implement change management.Major Incident Management: Manage major incidents effectively.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 5 Years Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience in Service Management.SOC Service Experience: Experience in delivering Cyber of SOC (Security Operation Centre) service is essential.MSP Environment Experience: Experienced working in an MSP environment.ITIL Accreditation: ITIL Service Management accreditation is required.Incident Response Experience: Proven experience with incident response.ITSM Concepts: Strong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery concepts.C-Suite Level Communication: Demonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite level.Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplined team.Time Management: Demonstrated skills in time management.Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking with a get-up-and-go attitude.Autonomy: Self-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomy.Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence external & internal stakeholders as part of a continuous improvement life cycle for customers.Incident Resolution: Lead the incidents to resolution.This role is focused on delivery of SOC service for our customer. Experience with SOC, SIEM, and understanding of Cyber security is very important for this role.
